Text message terms

SMS delivery is not active yet. This page describes the planned Sending Something launch and promotional text program. Collecting interest does not mean we are already sending texts.

The program

People who separately opt in may receive recurring automated text messages from Sending Something about our postcard app launch, product announcements, and occasional discounts or promotional offers. Anticipated frequency is up to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of any purchase, and is independent of email updates. You must provide your own mobile number and check the separate SMS authorization box; providing a number alone does not enroll you.

How to stop or get help

Once SMS sending is enabled, reply STOP to cancel text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. We will publish a monitored support contact before activating the program. Carrier delivery can be delayed or unavailable; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the data we collect and our service providers.
